In order to achieve the Foundation’s purpose of assisting and supporting park and recreational facilities and programs in the City of Yuba City, the Foundation’s mission is to accept donations and solicit, raise, distribute and assist in management of public and private sector funds for construction, enhancement or purchase of facilities and the enhancement of recreation programs for the express benefit of improving the quality of life within the jurisdictional limits of the City of Yuba City.
